Spellbox is a shop of bewitching magick where spells, potions and charms awaken the heart and mind to beauty and wonder, located in the Royal Arcade Melbourne.
All of our beautiful products are woven from mystic lore and the magick of nature. They are assembled and blessed at our workshop in Melbourne.
My name is Danae Moon. I am a witch. I created SpellBox because I believe in magick and the power of spells.
I learnt about magick in dew-covered fields looking for mushrooms under tall gum trees when I was still too young for school. The scent of the silent trees and the mist spoke to me of a mystical energy that was not seen with the eyes but felt in the heart. This is where I initiated myself into the Old Craft, where I first experienced the life-force of Nature. No person had ever spoken to me of this magick. The knowledge was brought to me by the whispering wind, the spying rabbits and the earth beneath my feet. This is when I felt truly alive and I knew I was a witch.

Spellbox
At SpellBox in the Royal Arcade, you will find intriguing wares: our unique collection of spells and charms, books, talismans, ritual tools, crystals and breathtaking jewellery.
Spin our famous Wheel of Stars and Elves Wheel to receive a predictive oracle. Experience a psychic reading or find an enchanting gift. The doors of SpellBox opened in 1999.
Opening hours 7 days a week 10am to 6pm.

The Spellbox Cauldron
The SpellBox Cauldron opened on the Spring Equinox 2023. It is an apothecary and offers bespoke perfumes, incenses and herbal charms. Here you will also discover the unusual and curious and are invited to create your own charms.
Venture downstairs and enter a bewitching world.
Classes and events are held at the Spellbox Cauldron in our beautiful Circle Room. Psychic readings are available to bring clarity and direction.
In the mysterious back rooms our SpellBox spells are created.
