1. Online store delivery time
Please allow 3 – 7 business days for normal post

 

2. Do you deliver internationally?
At present we will sell Australia wide only.

 

3. How do I contact spellbox if I have query/concern about my online order? 
Please email your query/concern to marketing@spellbox.com.au and please allow 2 business days for a response

 

4. What should I do if the products I ordered are broken/faulty/not what I ordered?
If the goods received are damaged, please take a photo and send to marketing@spellbox.com.au and you will be refunded the cost of the goods and postage.

 

If you have received something different than what you have ordered, please take a photo and email to marketing@spellbox.com.au, we will be in touch within 2 business days to resolve the issue.

 

5. What is the refund policy of spellbox?
There are no refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. If the goods received are damaged, please take a photo and send to marketing@spellbox.com.au and you will be refunded the cost of goods and delivery.

 

6. Can I track my parcel?
We do not currently offer this functionality.
