White Sage Smudge Stick

How to Light and Use;

1.      Light the end of the smudge stick with a match or candle flame.

2.    Allow the smudge stick to burn for 5 seconds.

3.     Blow out the flame and allow the smudge stick to smolder.

4.    Move the smudge stick in the air or blow on it to keep it smoking.

5.    You may need to relight the smudge stick.

6.     When you have finished cleansing, extinguish the end of the smudge stick by placing it into a container of salt.

The remaining smudge stick can be reused.
