The first full moon of 2026 is a supermoon in the sign of Cancer.
The motto of Cancer is ‘I feel’, a time to connect with intuition, emotions, dreams and depth.  

We can become out of touch with how we truly feel by over-thinking, and at times we allow our feelings to overpower us. It is important to be true to the heart but to also recognize the way of the heart. The sign of Cancer is ruled by Water; this same element rules over feelings. Bring to mind the changing mood of the sea, it can cleanse, it can also drown.
